We’re committed to ensuring our customers are satisfied with their 3D printed products. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may request a refund under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Refund
- 30-Day Refund Window: Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product.
- Product Condition: The item must be in its original condition, unused, and undamaged. Products showing signs of wear or alteration will not qualify for a refund.
- Defective or Damaged Products: If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us immediately with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or a refund as per your choice.
- Non-Refundable Items: Custom or personalized items specifically made to order are not eligible for a refund, unless defective or damaged upon arrival.

How to Request a Refund
- Contact Us: Please reach out to our customer service team at galactic3de@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the refund.
- Shipping the Return: Approved returns must be shipped back to us within 7 days of receiving refund confirmation. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of defective or damaged products.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process the refund within 7-10 business days. You’ll be notified via email once the refund has been issued. Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
Note: We reserve the right to adjust or deny a refund if the product does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
